Refund policy

We typically do not offer refunds after a Quest has been completed, but if there was an error on our part that took away from the experience please let us know the circumstances via email and we can review the problem. Our email address is located below.

For T-shirts and other prizes we do not accept returns. If there was a problem with the received item please email us with a description of the problem and we can review the problem. Errors can be corrected with a replacement item, feel free to keep the first item.
